Toast a thin slice of bread.

Rub a peeled garlic clove over the slice of toast and drizzle with some extra virgin olive oil.

Place the strained sardines onto the piece of toast and sprinkle with some fresh chopped parsley.

Serve with a salad seasoned to taste.
