Registration and Account

Registration and account opening are mandatory, as you need an account to place orders.

Discounts and Promotions

If you have a discount or promotional code and wish to use it, you will have an opportunity to enter it during the checkout process.  The final price will incorporate it when you have completed your order.

Can I send my order to a different address?

Yes, just enter the address to which you want the shipment to be sent in the “shipping address” and select in the “billing address” you want to use a different billing address.

Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes.

Can I send a gift without sending the invoice?

Yes. We guarantee that the invoice is sent to you by email and the package/gift is delivered to the address indicated only with the transportation bill (no price).

What is the cost of shipping an order?

There is a flat rate of $9.50 for all orders that equal $75 or less.  This is exclusive of the cost of shipping.  If the total order exceeds $75, there will be no charge for the shipping.  These shipping rates apply only to US destinations.

Does miss-can.us deliver abroad?

We ship orders to all destinations throughout the United States. If you wish to send Miss Can products outside of the United States, please contact us via the email address: hello@tin2table.com.  We can tell you which products are available, the best way to place your order and the approximate cost, including shipping.

What payment methods are available?

We have the following means of payment: Credit Card, Apple Pay, PayPal.

After ordering, how long does it take to receive?

Orders are shipped within 3 to 5 business days (unless if we are out of stock).  The time for delivery will vary based on the shipping address.

What to do if my order arrives damaged?

Before shipping our products are carefully checked and every precaution is taken to ensure that the shipment is made safely. If it is not delivered in the best conditions, please contact us at hello@tin2table.com to discuss how we can get you the products you purchased.
